The Mission Statement of
Alta Vista Baptist Church
To proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ and to demonstrate it's life changing power through acts of service and love to one another and to the world.
To commit ourselves to the life long process of discipleship in pursuit of spiritual maturity.
To fulfill the great commission according to the pattern of Acts 1:8. Pasadena as our Jerusalem, Texas as our Judea, Mexico as our Samaria and uttermost parts of the earth as our mission field.
To tell all till all have heard.
To Love all till all are loved.
To become every member a minister and every disciple a disciple maker.
To be found faithful when he comes!
