Do you believe in God? Who is God? If you don't know who God is, then how do you know who to believe in? Many people say that they believe in God. However, what they believe in is often not God at all. They may mistakenly believe in their church, the leader of their church or in their religious rituals to save them from an enternity in hell. They are missing out on the greatest gift because the don't "know" God; really and truly know Him and have a personal relationship with Him.

Once you know who God is, believing in Him becomes a very easy and natural. Let's see what God says about Himself in His Holy Bible. God is the creator of the universe (Acts 17:24-25).

God created the earth, everything on it, our solar system and every other solar system from here to eternity. He made them all, and He knows everything about everything that ever was, and ever will be (Psalm 90:2). There is only one God. Apart from Him there is no other God (Isaiah 45:5).

God is love (1 John 4:8). God is good (Psalm 145:9). God is gracious and compassionate (Psalm 145:8). God is all powerful, glorious, and holy (Isaiah 6:3). God is not a man, and God does not lie (Numbers 23:19). God is a spirit and is truth (John 4:24). God lives in light, which no one can see (1 Timothy 6:16). No one has ever seen God, except through Jesus Christ, God's only son (John 1:18).
