These are all good questions and have been asked for thousands of years. Consider this man, whom nearly 2000 years after His death, is still the central figure of the human race (see One Solitary Life , author unknown) |
Two Thousand years after the man named Jesus was nailed to a Roman cross and died, millions and millions of people still worship Him. Jesus did not just die on the cross, but after three days in the tomb, He rose from the dead (Luke 24:6-7). He sent His Holy Spirit to us to counsel and empower our lives with the very presence of God (John 14:16-18). Not only did Jesus rise from the dead, but He lives! He lives, and we can live, and He will live in us (John 14:19-20)! All we are asked, is to believe in Him ... to trust that He loves us, and He wants what is best for us (John 14:12). |
Jesus knows everything about each and every one of us (Psalm 139:1-4). Jesus knows the number of hairs on our head (Matthew 10:30). Jesus knows every thought and imagination we have (Job 42:2). |
